De-Confliction Scheduler

De-Confliction Scheduler has been superseded OptTime. OptTime will exactly reproduced schedule results for customers currently using the De-confliction Scheduler but executes faster and has been redesigned and coded to allow for for more flexibility.

The Optwise De-Confliction Scheduler is a set of algorithm methods designed to a standard interface. A thin console client takes an as input ASCII text file which describes the tasks, resources, resource constraints, and  time intervals for which the resources are available. The algorithms find a solution that does not violate any resource conflicts. The de-confliction scheduler has been designed to plug into existing systems. All that is needed is a module to write the schedule description file (adsin.dat below) and a module to input the “solution file” (adsout.dat below).
